Training Courses

About Us
Streu's Pharmacy Bay Natural is located in downtown Green Bay. We offer state-approved training courses for Community Based Residential Facilities in our classroom. These courses meet the training requirements under HFS 83 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code for CBRF's. Each course includes a competency evaluation to measure the understanding of the material presented. A certificate of completion is issued upon successful completion of the course.

Registration
Pre-Registration is required. Please email or fax the registration form to Streu's Pharmacy Bay Natural. Fees cover the presentation and written materials. Cancellations are accepted until 48 hours prior to the course date for a full refund or transfer to another course. Please call Jane Kozicki at 437-4750 or 437-0206 during office hours on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 8:00 - 4:00 pm with any additional questions.

Location
All courses are held at our store which is located at 635 Main St in downtown Green Bay. Take highway 43 to Webster Avenue. Turn south onto Webster to Main St; turn right on Main Street. Our parking lot is located on Main Street, before the Monroe Avenue intersection.

Competency Testing
Competency testing is offered in verbal and written forms. An 80% score or better is required to receive a certificate of successful completion. If a score of less than 80% is obtained, the participant may retake the alternative exam at a later date. Please call for an appointment.
