WPQC INNOVATION AWARD

Congrats to our clinical team! Their collaboration with Casa ALBA Melanie (Ami Mendez) and N.E.W. Community Clinic (Mayra Salas Ortiz) has been recognized by the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin with the Wisconsin Pharmacy Quality Collaborative Innovation Award.

Over a six month period, pharmacist Kelly worked with the team to provide comprehensive medication reviews for patients with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. This included patients that spoke many different language and had a variety of health literacy levels. This has been a great experience to further our partnership with these organizations and serve more patients in our community.
