Multiplex: 4-in-1 testing

Streu’s Pharmacy now proudly offers COVID-19 PCR, Influenza A & B, and RSV testing. In partnership with Mobility Health, this multiplex test can test for all four infections with just one nasal swab.

You can expect results in 24-48 hours via email or phone. If you have symptoms or have been a close contact with anyone with one of these infections, it may be covered at no cost to you (deductibles may apply).

We will offer this service in addition to our rapid antigen (PCR-quality) Lumira Dx COVID-19 testing option.

How to Sign Up:

1: Register for an account HERE. If you have already registered and know your login, you do not need to register again.

2: Once you have completed registration, you may THEN SIGN UP HERE. (Note: Complete registration until you see the screen that says, ‘Register a New Kit’.)

On the day of your appointment:

We are located at 635 Main St. in Green Bay at the corner of Main and Monroe. Please arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time. Bring your state-issued ID, your insurance card, and a cell phone if possible.  

Upon arrival, please park in a designated stall and remain in your car. Call 920-593-2487 to let our staff know you have arrived.

Do NOT enter the store. Our staff will be out to assist and instruct you on self-administration. Your test will be processed by a state-designated lab. They will contact your with your results via email or phone. 

If your arrival is more than 5 minutes outside the time of your appointment, we will see you based on availability.
